Today, there is a long list of Italian brands that manufacture the highest quality in espresso machines and coffee makers, one of which is Delonghi.

The EC140B is a low cost pump-driven espresso and cappuccino machine. It features an intense pump system with a high performance pump pressure of 15 bars in order to provide you with rich, savory espresso with crema.

Espresso is extracted through the patented Sempre Crema portafilter, unique to this machine. The filter mixes air into the coffee to produce a perfect crema, this is distinguished by its caramel color, the mark of a true and authentic espresso.

The EC140B was designed with simplicity so even the novice can use it without any confusion. This machine has three switches that allow you to control the power (on/off switch), the brew and the steam.

It comes with two thermostats that let you control the water and steam temperature separately, assuring that each espresso shot is made perfectly.

The EC140B heats quickly and has an "OK" light that illuminates when the coffee is ready. It features a swivel jet frother that also accepts ESE pods in order for you to maximize all your options in making the perfect brew.

The EC140B's boiler is made of durable, high quality stainless steel that will last for many years of use (and even some abuse).

It also has a generous water reservoir than can hold 1L of fluid and it is also removable for easy filling easily as well.
